Where This Guitar Came From:

First of all I personally select each guitar I buy, and I inspect and detail each individual guitar before putting it up for sale. I strive to sell only high quality guitars in absolutely excellent condition on which I can pass along big savings to you! If there is any flaw or blemish in the guitar I clearly state it in the auction, so be sure to read everything.

In order for you to have some understanding of where this guitar came from please read the following:

This guitar is sold as "Used" even though it is in excellent, like-new condition.

Epiphone has chosen to sell this guitar through it's Authorized Wholesale Distributor rather than retail it as "new" through it's retail dealer network, for whatever reason. A detailed history of each guitar that I buy isn't made available to me. I can tell you that I will only buy guitars that are clean with nothing more than a minor cosmetic blemish - and most don't even have that! Most guitars I buy are absolutely like-new!

Epiphone's serial number is invalidated at the factory by distorting the last few digits, and the word "Used" or "2nd" is stamped on the back of the head stock or on the label inside the guitar. These last two steps are taken to prevent improper warranty claims from being filed against Epiphone. (Since this guitar is technically sold as "Used" there is no factory warranty on it.)

Epiphone then sells these guitars as "used" to their Authorized Wholesale Distributor where these guitars undergo a detailed multi-point inspection process performed by certified factory technicians. They are then sold to this Authorized Wholesale Distributor's dealers, of which I am one!

I have received poorly packaged guitars in the past, and I pledge to you that I will never ship any guitar unless it is totally protected and properly packed.

Return Policy:

Please Read Carefully Before Purchasing This Guitar

You may return the guitar within the first three days after you receive it if the guitar has some major defect or flaw that I did not disclose in the auction. I go to great lengths to accurately describe the condition of the guitar in my auction, and pictures speak a thousand words as they say, so please make sure this guitar is for you.

This guitar is sold "As Is" except for the above mentioned circumstance.

If you have to return the guitar for the aforementioned reasons please notify me by email right away for authorization to return the guitar. You will be responsible for paying shipping back to me, and the guitar must be packed in the same manner in which I shipped it. After I receive the guitar back and inspect it I will refund your money less the shipping and handling charge you paid at the time of the auction.

Please keep in mind this guitar is technically considered "used," so there is no warranty on it. It is sold "As Is." I promise you that before putting it up for sale I made every effort to ensure this guitar is in excellent and perfect working condition.
